studio rules

• We are a rental space, photographers are not provided.

• All bookings are non refundable. If you are unable to attend your appointment, reschedule is allowed, subject to availability.

• For everyone’s safety, please keep the studio door locked at all times. Return the key immediately after opening the door for others and be sure to lock the door when leaving. A $100 fee will be charged for failure to secure the space.

• Cameras are active in the common and vanity areas for security purposes. There are no cameras in private rooms.

• Please only use the room(s) you have reserved. Use of additional rooms without booking may result in being charged the hourly rate for that room.

• The common area is shared by all active bookings. Please be courteous and limit your time if others are waiting.

• Shoes are strictly prohibited in the Sand Room. Glitter, confetti, powders, liquids or any materials that are difficult to clean are not permitted. Only the bottom three (3) steps may be used. Pets are not allowed in the Sand Room. Any violation of these rules, including entering the Sand Room with shoes on, will result in a $100 cleaning or damage fee.

• In the Moon Room, furniture must be lifted when repositioning. Do not drag furniture. The Mylar may be placed on the floor for styling but may not be stepped on. Do not bend or alter the corrugated sheet. Any damage caused will result in a $100 damage fee. Pets are permitted in the Moon Room and must be supervised at all times.

• If any furniture, props, or equipment are moved, please return everything to its original place. If damage occurs, we reserve the right to charge the card on file.

• Serene Studios is not responsible for any personal injury, illness, theft, or loss during your session. We recommend carrying your own business insurance.
